Note:
We deliver between 08h00 and 17h00 on working weekdays (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
While we will attempt to accommodate delivery time requests, delivery times cannot be scheduled and may vary depending on the driver’s route on the day.
We use courier services to deliver our parcels and are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Should you enter a PO Box address at checkout, we will contact you to provide an alternate address and will cancel your order if you do not provide us with an alternate address within 24 hours of request.
We will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your parcel and will contact you on the day that delivery is attempted for all deliveries made by our own couriers. While we rely on external couriers to deliver some parcels on our behalf, we are not able to notify you for all delivery attempts made by our courier partners and will rely on them to contact you. We may cancel your delivery after 2 failed attempts and return your parcel to our warehouse and refund you accordingly.
Express: Products are stored in the Warehouse which ensures they are shipped quicker.
Market Place: Products are held in stock with sellers and shipped once received at our warehouse.
Click and Collect:
Our Click and Collect service is now available in all regions.
Customers based in Lilongwe and Blantyre may now place your Express order for collection from a dedicated counter within 24 hours of placing your order.
Marketplace items may take up to 2 days longer as we source the product from the seller once you’ve placed your order, but will be available as soon as our warehouse team have processed it.
When placing your order, simply select the Pick Up Station option after capturing your address on the checkout screen. We are currently only able to offer Click and Collect from our Lilongwe and Blantyre and will expand this to other regions in time to come.
Your Click and Collect order will be processed by our warehouse team as normal but we’ll be able to speed up the process after that as we ship the parcel to the Pick Up.
When the parcel reaches the Pick Up Station, you’ll be notified that the parcel is ready for collection.
Our team will update your parcel once handed over and you’ll be able to request a return immediately in the unlikely event that your purchase is not suitable.
Shipping Fees:
If the total amount of your order exceeds k50,000, customers will get free shipping automatically discounted at checkout. This means you’ll enjoy a reduced shipping cost for qualifying orders. However, please bear in mind that an additional fee of k2000 might still be applied to cover the delivery to your chosen address. For home deliveries an additional charge will be applied during checkout.
Refund and Return Policy:
Eligibility for Return
- You have 48 hours from the time of receiving the product to inspect it and file a return request.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is significantly different from the description or images displayed on our website.

Return Approval and Refund
- If the returned product is verified by our team to be not as advertised, you will receive a full refund, excluding the original shipping fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- The return shipping costs will be covered by THRIFT 265.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- If our team determines the product matches the description, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

- While we cover the cost of the return, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
